The villa is large and airy with 2400 sq ft of fully air conditioned space plus ceiling fans throughout. Fully equipped with all luxury furnishings and fittings which include new wood and tiled floors -- contemporary styled, fitted out with all new furniture, freshly decorated and with a 35’ pool & separate spa. The surrounding gardens are large, attractive and well kept with a private nature preserve to the rear.  The area is only twenty minutes from beautiful white Gulf Coast sandy beaches and 25 minutes from Anna Maria Island.  The travelling time to the excellent theme park of Busch Gardens is approx 45 minutes and only 10 minutes to the extra large shopping mall at Ellenton.  Overall, a great base for beaches, shopping, theme parks, great golf courses and the wider Sarasota and Tampa area.
