off of 45th Street between State Road 70 and 44th Avenue
East in Bradenton, Sabal Harbour is a beautiful neighbourhood consisting of
single family homes. The
community has several lakes and ponds and is surrounded by block and stucco
walls. The
amenities include lavish landscaping and feature a huge heated community
swimming pool equipped with loungers, furniture and a barbecue area. Adjacent
to the pool you will find two hard surface tennis courts, basketball and
volleyball court. These are floodlit. In
addition there is also a separate children's playground and large grassed area. The
community facilities are a short 5 minute walk from the villa. |
