Rental rates are per week and include all taxes, utilities and pre/post rental cleaning.  The prices are for the property with no charge per person up to the maximum of 8 -- there are no hidden charges.  Rentals can commence any day and there is no minimum stay.

Discounts are available for rentals over 2 weeks -- please contact us to discuss.

Please note that pets are not allowed.

A Booking Deposit of £150/E190/$250 per week is required to confirm dates - balance due in the same currency 8 weeks before rental.

A Security Deposit process of up to $250 by credit card 'imprint' is required on arrival in Florida.

Electric pool heating is optional at £75/E95/$125 per week (recommended between November and April).

The booking process is very easy.  First please make contact by email or telephone to check availability and get a quotation in three currencies.  If you would then like to make a booking the Booking Form can be completed on paper and sent by post or I will send you a Microsoft Word version which can be completed and sent by email. Payments can be made by cheque (check), bank transfer, PayPal (very simple, quick and safe) or Credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express). These arrangements are all agreed personally by email to best suit your requirements.
